User Agreement

Welcome to Wumil (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Wumil AI character dialogue application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Wumil, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wumil. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service
Wumil allows users to:

• Engage in conversations with AI characters, each with unique backgrounds, personalities, and stories.

• Answer three questions about yourself and AI characters to help match you with characters you may find interesting.

3. User Responsibilities
When using Wumil, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.

• Not engage in any activity that could disrupt or harm the App, other users, or our systems.

• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the App’s code or services.

4. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, images, AI-generated characters, code, and design, is owned by Wumil or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our written permission.

5. AI-Generated Content
The dialogues and responses generated by AI characters are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not represent factual advice, professional consultation, or real individuals.

6. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wumil is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including any AI-generated content that you may find inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or engaged in harmful behavior.

9. Changes to This Agreement
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted in the App, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of Wumil after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
